Privacy policy

Contact messages, bot verification, hosting requests and calculator entries.

Contact form messages are emailed to the publisher. Turnstile checks for bots. Your submission includes the name, email address, topic and message you enter; the receiving email provider stores that correspondence, separately from site hosting and the security checks described below.

Hosting processes network requests. Every delivered page requires a request to reach the host. Calculations run in your browser when JavaScript is available; the fallback form sends inputs to the server to return the result.

Use the contact form with the privacy topic for a request about submitted information.

Publisher and contact messages

Motorcycle ATV UTV Specs is published by AIXIS LLC, a Vermont limited liability company. The contact handler validates submissions and sends an email with your supplied address as the reply address. It does not write a submission to an application database.

Email delivery involves the hosting and mail services
a message can remain in the receiving mailbox.

Messages are used to respond to the question or report you send. Do not submit confidential information, payment details or identity documents. The code does not establish a mailbox deletion schedule, so no automatic deletion period is promised here.

Cloudflare and network requests

The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile. Verification involves processing device and network information under the Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Hosting processes requests, including an IP address, to deliver pages.

Provider processing is also described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

The application does not include advertising or audience-analytics scripts. That does not mean a hosting provider or verification service receives no data. External links lead to publishers with their own privacy practices.

Calculator entries and privacy requests

Enter numbers to calculate. The browser uses those entries for the requested arithmetic. If JavaScript is unavailable or a calculator module fails to load, submitting the form sends those numbers to the server for the same calculation; the response is marked no-store and is not indexed. They do not provide accounts or a saved-results service.

Avoid entering personal identifiers in numerical fields.

For access, correction or deletion of information sent in a message, select the privacy topic and describe the request. Include enough context to locate the message without sending additional sensitive information. Any rights depend on the law applicable to the request.

Legal
Privacy policy; The privacy policy is short: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking scripts, and calculator inputs that never leave your browser.

Privacy

The application collects contact messages and processes requests needed to provide the site. It includes no audience analytics, advertising or social-media embeds. Cloudflare provides hosting and contact-form verification, with processing under its own policies. Calculations ordinarily run in the browser; the fallback form sends entered numbers to the server to calculate a response without saving an account or result.

The only information you can send is what you choose to type into the contact form. The information is relayed as email to a mailbox and is not written to any database on this site. Our hosting provider processes the network requests needed to serve pages, as any host must. The complete picture is here, and the sections below give the detail behind each part of it.

Who publishes this site; Motorcycle ATV UTV Specs is published by AIXIS LLC, a Vermont limited liability company ("we", "us"). Questions about this policy, or any privacy request, go through the contact form; The form is the only contact route here; What we do not do.

The application has no analytics or advertising cookie. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, whose verification processing is covered by its separate privacy terms.

No analytics. No page-view tracking, no session recording, no heatmaps, no visitor identification of any kind.

No advertising or advertising networks , and therefore no advertising identifiers or cross-site profiles.

No social media embeds or share widgets , which are a common route by which a third party learns what you read.

No browser storage used to record your activity, preferences or calculator inputs.

No accounts , so there is no profile, no password and no login history.

No sale or sharing for advertising. Hosting, email delivery and bot verification necessarily involve service providers.

The calculators

Weights, sizes, tooth counts and odometer readings ordinarily remain on your device while the browser calculator computes a result. If scripting is unavailable, submitting the fallback form sends those inputs to the site server for the calculation. Its response is marked no-store and noindex. There is no account or server-side saved-result service. A copy or export you choose to keep is under your control, separately from the site.

The contact form

When you submit the form, the name, email address, topic and message you typed are transmitted over an encrypted connection to the site's server. The server relays them as email to our mailbox. Nothing is written to a database on this site and the submission is not retained here after it is sent.

We use what you send to respond to you and to act on what you reported. Nothing you send is added to any mailing list, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose other than the one you sent it for. The form includes a hidden field that ordinary visitors never fill in; a submission that fills it is discarded as automated.

The form is also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that runs in your browser when the contact page loads and sends Cloudflare the signals it needs to tell a person from a script. It is loaded only on the contact page, and the rest of the site loads no third-party script at all.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served from a content delivery and edge computing platform. Delivering a page necessarily involves that provider processing the network request, including your IP address and the request itself, and providers of this kind maintain operational and security logs of that traffic under their own policies. We do not operate an analytics system on top of it, and we do not use those logs to identify or profile individual visitors.

Links to other sites

The site links to regulations, standards bodies and government agencies so you can read the source behind a figure. Linked sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not extend to them. We receive nothing back from a link you follow: there is no click tracking, no redirect service and no affiliate arrangement of any kind.

Children

The reference is intended for machine owners; children should use youth-machine information with a parent or supervising adult, and should not submit personal details through the contact form. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and given that the only information collected at all is what someone types into a contact form, the practical exposure is limited to that.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information a business holds about you, and to be told whether it is sold or shared. Because this site stores nothing about visitors and writes no form submission to a database, in most cases there is very little to produce or delete beyond an email in a mailbox.

Requests go through the contact form with the privacy topic selected, and we will not discriminate against you for making one.

Security

Pages and form submissions are served over encrypted connections. The site applies standard protective response headers, and the contact route validates what it receives on the server instead of trusting the browser. No system is perfectly secure, and nothing here should be treated as a channel for confidential information: the form is appropriate for correcting a figure, not for anything sensitive.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version appears here with a new review date. A change that materially expands what is collected, adding analytics, for instance, would be described plainly, not absorbed into general wording, because a privacy policy that quietly grows is not a privacy policy.

Privacy policy questions

Does this site use cookies?

There is no site analytics cookie or advertising consent banner. The contact form does load Cloudflare Turnstile, whose security processing and privacy terms are described separately below. Cloudflare’s verification terms describe that separate security interaction. The site also loads no analytics, advertising or social media scripts. Each would ordinarily set cookies or read identifiers.

Do you track which pages I visit?

The site has no page-view analytics, session recording or advertising profiles. Hosting and security processing are described separately in this policy. No tracking at all is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly, not leaving to be inferred from an absence in the policy.

Are my calculator inputs sent anywhere?

Calculations run on your device. With scripting available, inputs remain on your device. Submitting the fallback form sends them to the server for the same calculation; it returns a no-store response. Nothing is retained after you leave the page, so there is no save-a-result feature. A saved result would require storing exactly the data the site is built not to keep.

What happens to what I type in the contact form?

The message is transmitted over an encrypted connection to the server. The server relays it as email to our mailbox. Nothing is written to a database on this site and the submission is not retained here after it is sent. What you send is used to respond to you and to act on what you reported, and for nothing else.

Do you sell or share personal information?

Contact addresses are not sold or shared for advertising. There is no mailing list, no advertising arrangement and no data-sharing partner. The address you give in a contact message is used to reply to that message and nothing more, which is stated here so it is a commitment instead of an omission.

Does your host keep logs?

Serving a page necessarily involves the hosting provider processing the network request, including an IP address. Providers of this kind maintain operational and security logs of that traffic under their own policies. We do not run an analytics system on top of that and do not use those logs to identify or profile visitors.

Is there a consent banner?

The application does not load advertising or audience-analytics trackers. Contact verification is a separate security service with its own privacy terms, linked here. A future change to collection or tracking would need corresponding privacy information; the absence of a banner should never be read as proof that hosting and verification process no data.

Do you use bot protection on the form?

A honeypot, plus Cloudflare Turnstile: a hidden field that ordinary visitors never fill in, where a filled field means an automated submission and the message is discarded. The contact page also loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that runs in your browser. Hosting still processes requests to other pages; contact verification is a separate interaction.

What are my rights over my information?

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, and to know whether it is sold or shared. Because this site stores nothing about visitors and writes no submission to a database, there is usually very little to produce or delete beyond an email in a mailbox. Requests go through the contact form.

Do outbound links track me?

No. Links to regulations, standards bodies and agencies go directly to those sites with no redirect service, no click tracking and no affiliate arrangement. What happens once you arrive is governed by that site’s own practices, and this policy does not extend to them.

Is the contact form appropriate for sensitive information?

No. The submission reaches the server over an encrypted connection and is then relayed as email, and email between providers is not end-to-end encrypted. Treat the form as you would any email: right for correcting a figure or asking about a source, wrong for anything confidential.

How will I know if this policy changes?

The revised version appears on this page with a new review date. A change that materially expands what is collected would be described plainly and not folded into existing wording, because the value of a policy this short is that a visitor can see the whole of it and notice when it grows.
