Motorcycle, ATV and UTV models by brand
Models
Compare motorcycles, ATVs and side-by-sides by intended use, brand and model range. The individual range comparisons retain the specification basis for each trim: curb, wet and dry weights are different measurements, and starting prices do not include every delivery or setup charge.
How to choose a class
A motorcycle is the only one of the three built for public roads. An ATV is ridden astride on handlebars, usually solo, and suits trails, farm work and hunting. A side-by-side (UTV) seats two or more behind a steering wheel with a roll cage, carries cargo in a bed and costs the most of the three.
If the machine must be plated and insured for the road, it is a motorcycle; if it needs a bed and a second seat, it is a UTV. The types and categories guides explain how each class is defined, and buying covers the decisions after that.
Coverage by vehicle type
| Vehicle type | Brands | Current models |
|---|---|---|
| Motorcycles | 11 | 252 |
| ATV | 7 | 50 |
| UTV | 6 | 45 |
Model-year labels follow each manufacturer’s release schedule. Compare the edition, equipment, price basis and weight definition rather than treating the year label as a measure of age or capability.

Side-by-side (UTV) brands
Models; Motorcycle, ATV and UTV models by brand; 362 current machines, each with its own page: pick a class, then a brand.
Manufacturers name model years on their own schedules, so a 2027 listing does not mean the machine is newer than a 2026 one from another brand. A new model year is mostly a new price: of the 19 motorcycles whose page differs from the 2025 page of the same model, 15 moved their MSRP, and no other row changed as often. The Harley-Davidson Street Glide, for one, went from $27,749 to $24,999.

Models questions
How much do motorcycles, ATVs and side-by-sides cost new?
Starting prices run $1,899 to $49,999 for motorcycles, $2,499 to $16,499 for ATVs and $6,499 to $43,999 for side-by-sides. A destination charge is added on many models, so read the price row and the destination row together. The starting-prices post shows the medians and price bands by class.
Which brand should I start with?
Start with the brand that builds the class and engine size you need at your price, then compare its closest rival on the model page. Motorcycle brands differ most by category (Harley-Davidson and Indian in cruisers, Ducati and BMW in premium sport and touring, Honda and Yamaha across nearly every class). ATV and UTV buyers usually decide on towing rating, seating and price first.
What is the price range across every current motorcycle model?
$1,899 to $49,999 MSRP as published, before destination charge, dealer fees or options: from the Honda CRF50F at the low end to the Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide at the high end, across every current motorcycle model.
What does a mid-range current motorcycle cost?
The Suzuki GSX-S1000, at $10,798 MSRP, sits closest to the middle of every current motorcycle model with a published price: between the Honda CRF50F at $1,899 and the Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide at $49,999.
What is the wet weight range across every current motorcycle model?
90 lb to 954.6 lb (road ready, fully fueled) as published: the Yamaha PW50 is the lightest currently sourced here and the BMW R 18 Transcontinental is the heaviest. Each model's own page states whether the manufacturer measures curb, wet or dry weight.
What is the seat height range across every current motorcycle model?
18.7 in to 38.6 in as published: the Yamaha PW50 has the lowest seat height currently sourced here and the Yamaha YZ125 the highest. Seat height is measured unladen; how it feels to a specific rider also depends on seat width and how the machine is set up.
What is the displacement range across every current motorcycle model?
49cc to 2458cc as published: the Honda CRF50F carries the smallest engine currently sourced here and the Triumph Rocket 3 Storm R the largest. Displacement is a proxy for output, not a substitute for the horsepower or torque figure on each model's own page where the manufacturer publishes one.
Is the most expensive current motorcycle also the largest-displacement one?
No. The Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide is the highest-priced current motorcycle at $49,999, while the Triumph Rocket 3 Storm R carries the largest engine at 2458cc. Price and displacement do not always track together once trim level, equipment and brand positioning are counted.
Is the most expensive current motorcycle also the heaviest?
No. The Harley-Davidson CVO Street Glide is the highest-priced current motorcycle at $49,999, while the BMW R 18 Transcontinental is the heaviest at 954.6 lb (road ready, fully fueled). Price tracks equipment, brand positioning and materials as much as it tracks mass.
