Indian lists separate 2026 Pursuit Limited engine configurations. The 108 version is 1,768cc, with 122 hp and 128 lb-ft; the 112 version is 1,834cc, with 126 hp and 134 lb-ft. Confirm the engine package on the quote before comparing the two.
The 937 lb running-order weight and luggage volume are different measures. Passenger, luggage and accessory loads still need to fit the motorcycle’s stated limits. A 2022 Premium Package description does not establish which equipment is standard on a 2026 order.

The Indian Pursuit Limited is Indian's full-dresser touring flagship, built around the liquid-cooled PowerPlus V-twin and equipped with remote-locking hard saddlebags, a power-adjustable windshield and a large touchscreen. What Rider Magazine tested
Rider Magazine tested the 2022 Pursuit and says both versions are offered with a $3,000 Premium Package that adds electronically adjustable rear suspension preload, Smart Lean Technology, integrated driving lights and heated equipment.
It reports a rear-wheel dyno result of 113 lb-ft of torque at 3,500 rpm and 108 hp at 5,600 rpm on Jett Tuning's dyno after the clutch, gearbox and belt drive, says the Ride Command+ touchscreen can also operate the seat and grip heaters, and describes a plush Touring Comfort seat with separate rider and passenger heating.
Indian lists a 43 mm inverted fork with 5.1 in of travel, a single shock with electronic preload adjustment and 4.5 in, Brembo dual 320 mm semi-floating front rotors and a 298 mm rear rotor. The wheelbase is 65.7 in, the rake 25 degrees, the trail 5.9 in and the ground clearance 5.4 in, on a 130/60B19 front tire. Running order weight is 937 lb, and the seat sits at 26.5 in.
Pursuit Limited against the tourers
At $32,499 it costs $6,999 more than Honda's Gold Wing at $25,500, and weighs 937 lb against 806 lb. BMW's K 1600 B at $25,075 weighs 758.4 lb and the K 1600 GT at $26,885 weighs 756.2 lb, and the R 18 Transcontinental weighs 954.6 lb. The Pursuit Limited is $2,500 below Indian's Roadmaster.

The base price of $32,499 is $250 lower than in 2025, and Rider Magazine's Premium Package at $3,000 on the 2022 bike shows how options change the real price. The package adds electronically adjustable rear preload, Smart Lean Technology, integrated driving lights and heated equipment. The Pursuit Limited already carries remote-locking hard saddlebags and a power-adjustable windshield.
A buyer comparing it with Honda's Gold Wing at $25,500 should list what each includes, because the $6,999 gap is partly equipment and partly the engine.
What the dyno figure means
Rider Magazine's dyno result of 108 hp and 113 lb-ft measured at the rear wheel is lower than an engine rating because it is measured after the clutch, gearbox and belt drive. The PowerPlus engine's 3,500 rpm torque peak shows its character: strong low and mid-range pull for a 937 lb bike.
With a 6.0 gal tank, 5.1 in of front travel and 4.5 in of rear travel with electronic preload, the Pursuit is built for two-up touring, and separate rider and passenger seat heating suits it for cold weather.
Living with a Pursuit for a season
AutoAndRoad ran a Pursuit for nine months and about 2,000 miles and reports no major issues and no oil use, even during break-in. Its one complaint was the rear tire: to inflate it you have to take off a side pannier, which turns a quick pressure check into a chore.
Fuel economy in reviews runs from about 37 to 40 mpg depending on how hard the bike is ridden, so the 6.0 gal tank is good for a long day between fills.
ADVrider and other tourers point to the windscreen as the recurring fault. With the electric screen at its lowest setting the rider's helmet buffets, and even fully raised it rattled the helmet. The suspension preload also reset to the solo setting each time the ignition was switched off during testing, which Indian said it would fix with a software update.
